Tips to make FaceToned® a habit:

Videos workouts are short, so you can do them on the go, or at home, which makes it easy to incorporate into your daily routine

Start with the first Tutorial, master it and then complete the workouts related to the tutorial

Frequency will be your best friend. Results will speak for themselves and keep you motivated

Set a regular time to exercise in your schedule

Time poor? Start with just 10 minutes a day, then increase it gradually as you see the results; this will boost your motivation, which will encourage you to accommodate more room for FaceToned® in your daily schedule

Set physical goals that you want to achieve such as improving your jawline

Find a calm and comfortable place at home to sit down with a mirror to learn the exercises. Have a clean pair of cotton gloves and a cold Jade stone ready for each workout

Take photos at the beginning of the programme and track your progress
