FaceToned® recipes are designed to support the renewal system for your facial muscles and skin, and to address your hormonal imbalances.
We are what we eat! – What we eat and drink has an enormous effect on how we both look and feel. Our skin and facial muscles will reflect our diet and we need to provide support for them from inside out.

- Noonie Zand Goodarzi, Nutritional Therapist – Noonie studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in England and BCNH (British College of Nutrition and Health) with Greenwich University. Her training is accredited by the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC) and she is registered with the CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council), plus she is a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutricional Therapy).
- Chen Arbiv – MSc in Clinical nutritionist and eating disorders by UCL, London. Certified mind body eating coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. MSc in Chinese Medicine by Yo-Sun university of Chinese Medicine in Santa Monica, California. Vinyasa yoga teacher.
- Karina Grippaldi – Karina has a Plant based Nutrition certificate at the T. Colin Campbell, Centre for Nutrition Studies. Ultimate Raw nutrition certification by the Bodymind Institute. Also trained as Raw and Plant based Chef at Matthew Kenney Academy, and complementary courses on Plant based Culinary nutrition, plant based Elite Sport nutrition and superfoods.
