Kefir with Granola and Papaya

Kefir helps you to keep your gut healthy. Containing twice as much friendly bacteria as yogurt, kefir is an easy way to reduce inflammation, get clearer skin, and boost your body’s overall immunity. You can make kefir at home or buy an organic one.
The oils, nuts and seeds in granola provide vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant in your body to protect from damaging free-radical compounds and helps your skin to glow.

  •  Kefir
  •  Papaya
  •  Strawberries

PREPARATION

  • I like to make my own granola at home, but you may also buy organic ones with no added sugar.
  • I love to make my own kefir and it is very easy once you get used to it. But there are plenty of options on the market, but always chose organic kefir.
  • Combine kefir with granola and add papaya and strawberries to taste.
