After honing your skills in the tutorials, transition into a structured 20-minute daily class that targets all the essential facial areas to help you achieve a tighter and healthier you.

Content – 21 classes of 20-minute session each per day, designed to engage and tone your facial muscles thoroughly.
Frequency – Ideally, engage 5 times a week or every day.
Approach – Focus on working out daily and learning new movements slowly.
